Better boost from Dual DDR or HT?

What would give me a better boost from an upgrade, keeping my p41.4m @215fsb/2598 and changing the motherboard to a 865 msi for dual channel memory or wait for the p4 2.4c chip with hyperthreading in my current p4b533 board.

The P4, as you could overclock it quite a bit.

Go for the 865 mb for now, then upgrade later down the line to a 800FSB chip. Also, the P4B533 does not support 800FSB chips.

Although the 533 doesnt support 800 chips it can run upto 225fsb but the board cant handle much higher. I have mine at 215fsb currently
