I tried to do local pickup with these. The closest store to me is like 50 miles away.
Not worth the Toll and hassles of traving like 45min to get it 😛
I'd rather pay more and buy it locally 😛

Officemax or OFfice Depot has it in stock tho.. so pricematching might be possible

Depends on the drive. If you can set the booktype to dvd-rom with bitsetting you will be fine.

Looks like (according to videohelp.com's Media DB) that 16x Memorex = RITEKF1. Even an image someone scanned in @ http://www.videohelp.com/dvdmedia.php?selectmedia=3499#comments

i went to bestbuy b&m and the dvd-r scan @ 29.99, but it was adjust to $19.99. Because in store they have the shelf tag of $19.99. Good luck.

Long Is City store in Queens NY had a crapload of them in stock, I bought a pack of the "-" variety and they show up as 'RitekF1'

I burned about 10 discs already, all at 16x with no problems whatsoever.
