This is off subject related to another post, I am trying to figure out why I can't post to the below link. If anyone can tell me how or why I would appreciate it. I might have to create another post on this??? Just wanted to update peeps that got this deal and let them know my rebates are in the mail : ) And to thank anandtech user dealmaker : )

Can I still post on this?
 
I think I might use this to get that 14" MAG flat-panel Monitor ($120+tax after rebate and coupon). Will work great with my 3 KVM'ed linux boxes and save lots of space. 🙂

I was thinking that I'd buy that monitor too. Pretty good buy, but is it a good monitor?
 
Anyone know if I would have a problem doing the following:
I bought a 17" LCD last Sunday from one of the stores. It wasnt in stock so they just ordered it for me. Its suppose to arrive tomorrow.
Can I take my reciept back and get the price differance? It says on my paper work it can be returned with xx days if still in good condition. If they refuse what would stop me from returning it and re buying it again from the shelf? They have them in stock at the store now. This would save me like $40.00!

Despite what it says, we should be able to combine this with the PSP litigation 15% coupon. From the settlement, "11. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the vouchers may be used in conjunction with or in combination with other valid (non-settlement) vouchers or promotions offered by Best Buy." The only restrictions are no open-box, demos, Bose, Maytag or Whirlpool. I plan to bring a copy of that part of the settlement in case there are any problems.

What are you talking about? I'm sorry, but I must be new or something cause I'm lost. Also, is there a way to get the 10% online? I don't have local bestbuy near.
 
that coupon should be valid for everybody, my e-mail coupon has the same look and speciall offer #, so I'm assuming that is universal.

Well, I probably wouldn't use this monitor for displaying multimedia (DVD, FPS, etc). But, for $120, it'llwork fine for running X-windows/KDE and save lots of space on my desk. 🙂
 
If, for some unimaginable reason, you need another 10% off coupon, there is one in today's newspaper Best Buy flyer.
