Best/worst tattoo you've ever seen on someone?

Best: Koi fish/dragon on the back of my friend Dimitri. The only pic I have is this one... but he had the rest of his back done (dragon on the left side, koi on the right) in full color. It was pretty crazy.

My friend Steve also has an amazing tattoo... it's on his right arm, from his shoulder to his wrist. It looks like his skin is ripping open, and you can "see inside" his arm past all the tattoo-ed muscle and tissue... emerging from "inside" his arm are the faces of his beautiful wife and two daughters. It's a baaaaaad-ass tattoo, and it took almost 9 months to complete (full color/detail).

Worst: This guy I used to know had the Sobe Lizards (just the lizards, not the whole logo) tattoo-ed on his upper arm. I saw it and I couldn't imagine what he must've been thinking at the time. "Why did you get that?" "Cuz I like the drink." Ooookay...

Runner up... I was walking around a mall in Dallas with my mother, and this preppy blonde girl with a cropped top came out of the Abercrombie store and started walking right in front of us. She had a string of tattoos of Asian characters going down her middle/lower back. My mom gasped and started laughing... I asked her why, and she said she'd tell me in a second. When the girl was out of hearing distance, my mom said, "Did you see that tattoo the girl had?" I said, "Yes, why?" My mom said, "Well in Chinese, it means 'Go poo here'."

Hahaha... serves her right for getting those characters tattoo-ed on her body without knowing what they meant... she could've at least done a little research before having them inked onto her body.

IMO, the worst ones are the ones that say "I <3 (insert name here)"

sorry, but most realtionships wont last forever, so i wouldnt go throwing someones name on my arm.

My gf is a teacher and one of the parents of a student had "F--- You" tatooed across her upper chest. It was quite visible as she always wore low cut shirts. Great example.

My friend got one and told me about it, I seriously thought it was a joke until I saw it in person.

He got a green worm that looks like it is coming out of his belly button, it's about 1/2" wide and about 3" tall. The thing has a big grin on its "face". How his wife let him get that I will never know.

I am really upset because I had a picture of it but think I lost it in one of my many formats.

I used to have a friend that had Project Pitchfork's (German electronic band) logo tattooed between her shoulder blades. Basically, it was a stylized pitchfork and looks really cool. If I can find a pic of the logo, I'll post it.

Just remembered on I saw on one of those rotten/c.junction-type sites...

This woman had this crazy tattoo going from her bellybutton down to her... um... lips... and it was of this freaky sneering demon's face. The demon's mouth was her "vagina", and it was REALLY scary and realistic-looking... flames, fangs and everything. I can't imagine ANYONE seeing that and still wanting to have sex with her... it'd be like the devil eating your penis every time you thrusted. :Q:disgust::evil:

i think best AND worst tattoo i've seen is steve o's tattoo from jackass. it's a big picture of himself.

runner-up for worst is the tattoo johnny knoxville gave him while they were riding around in a jeep off-roading around the desert.

THat's funny. My friend told me about his boss at the sawmill who had so many tattoos... he was running out of space to put them so the next one was the devil down there, the sac was like a goatee part, and the penis his tongue.... I guess it was pretty realistic looking

A waitress I me in Louisville, KY has tiger stripes on the sides of her legs. They started out large around her hip and then slowly tapered down to the ankle. The tats didn't go around the legs, just on the side.


The worse tatoos are those down with cigarette ashes and a safty pin. Grey and spotty.

My wife has a very good yin/yang symbol surrounded by a sun on her lower back (about 5-6 inches in diameter), but then has a really crappy yin/yang symbol on her ankle (about 1 inch in diam.). Don't ask me why she has two yin/yang tattoos. Who knows what runs through women's heads.

I know a girl who got a tatoo when she was drunk (even though you aren't allowed to). It was right above her crotch, and was of a frog and said "Hop on in!". It was kind of sad and kind of funny at the same time. She was shocked to see that in the morning. Haha...


Also, in high school, there was this big black football player known as "The Panther" and he sat next to me in art class. Cool guy. He asked me to draw him a panther, so I did... but I didn't have any sort of picture to go off of, but it looked decent enough I guess... definately not my best work. So he comes into art class the next day and lifts up his shirt, and on his back is the drawing of the panther tatooed all down his back. I almost wanted to say "If I woulda known you were gonna get a tatoo, I would have done a better job of it."

I know a guy who has a blue diamond with a music note with a flame on the top of the note. Looks awesome. Its on the inside of his forearm, so when his band performs (guitarist) he shows it off.

thatd be a cool one to see. my dad has a pretty funny one, he has dislocated his shoulder numerous times, after about the 7th or 8th time, he got a tattoo of a zipper on his damaged shoulder. says its for easy access to the shoulder for the doctor.

ive heard people make jokes that if they ever did get tatted, they'd get a tattoo of a dollar bill underneath their belly button, with the words "all you can eat for under a dollar". i want a tattoo, but just dont of what yet. i have a couple of friends who lost their lives too early, prolly a rememberance to them. heh, it wont be binary characters or intel inside or anything, lol, and i have seen those. my cousin is in a band and someone once got the lyrics to one of their songs tatted on his back.
