1 pair of boxing gloves and 1 heavy bag
jump rope
treadmill or track
bike or stationary

Ready, where doing 4 minute sets repeatd circuit 3-4 times.

Warm up fo me
75 sit ups, 75 pushups, 75 leg raises, stetch

Set 1:

punch heavy bag 4min.
basically holding good fighting posure wworking some speed but mostly power
punching

Set 2:

run 8.0-10.0mph 4min.
I am for 800meter(1/2mile)

Set 3:

jump rope 4min.
working crosses, double jumps, staying lite

Set 4:

hitt on bike
20sec intervals 4min...20 hard w/ higher intensity>125rpm, then 20sec no intensity
>100rpm

repeat...if you can
