It's all about location. I don't imagine that people would be happy with T-Mobile if they were using T-Mobile in an area that they didn't have good coverage. There definitely are no shortage of areas with poor coverage at the moment. I wouldn't suggest T-Mobile to those people yet. But there are also cities that have fantastic unrelenting coverage as well. T-Mobile is supposed to be revamping and expanding their network coverage pretty heavily in the near future.

The problem is their laptops are not working inside their houses. We use this tool:

We don't sell to people that have 2g coverage- 3G only. People returning their equipment because they have to go outside to get a connection (most common complaint).

LOL @ Fritzo because he claims to be an expert. A lot of misguided information is being thrown around (i.e. building penetration, 4G, etc)

I have already shown that overall AT&T is probably better for data unless you live in SF where your reliability goes out the window.

TMobile's coverage is terrible compared to AT&T when you talk about 3G. 2G it used to be flipped the other way in CA but when the merger went through the two networks did a 180 and T-Mobile took over the old Cingular network. Sharing's gone way down, but T-mo in CA isn't exactly great either.
