Best wireless gear to feed my MP3's to Stereo

Hello all, I am in the need of some gear to feed music from the PC to the home stereo. I REALLY do not want cables, even though they are only about 40' apart. But cable are out of the question, due to tile/carpet and no attic, basement or outside, to route the wires.

I know that there are a lot of different setups out there. What's the best for quality and price?

Tks a million...

All I can say is that if you want quality you should go with cables, wireless or infrared are too finicky. But my suggestion would be to get a sound card with SP/DIF-Out and get an optical cable to run to the home theater. Other then that I don't have a home theater system so I can't be of any more help.
