Best Windows SSH/SFTP *server* program?

Freeware preferred, but... just tell me what's the best.

For what platform (Operating System)? Do you need binaries, or can you compile it/them yourself?

Maybe start with openssh.org. There's also ssh.com, F-Secure, and VanDyke has a nice product ... I like 'em.

On Windows 2000/XP machines. I'm just looking for something more secure than simple FTP.
