Best Windows NT/2000/XP SMTP mail server?

I used to used something called Post.Office, which was free for under 10 mailboxes. It seems to be gone now. Are there any good (free) mail servers for NT?

Ugh Post Office! We run Post Office with about 6000 Email accounts and the thing blows! Today someone atempted to use it as a spam relay and the the number of requests it did caused the darn thing to crash! We don't allow relaying of course but just the attempt was enough to have the phones off the hook for 6 hours with people complaining :(. We are moving to a system called Communigate from stalker.com. You can have unlimited accounts for free with this software... it just puts a line at the end of the message saying "This message was sent using Communigate". It costs $5000 grand to remove that. I will be setting it up in the next month or two, and I am looking forward to it because Post Office is a POS.

Give XMail a look. It works with linux, or windows NT/2000. I haven't had any serious problems with it, and it's updated on a regular basis. The installation is a little strange, since you have to do it manually, but it's all completely free.
