Have been using the latest version for awhile and it's fine. The Media Library kicks ass, completely eliminates any need for anything like iTunes (unless you own an iPod of course).

I do use it, however, for its various tools (fixing VBR headers, replaygain, etc...)

That's strange, I use Media Library exclusively and Winamp starts up in maybe 2 seconds for me. Any songs I've added instantly show up with the proper tags and I'm good to go.Originally posted by: Aflac

Dynamic Library is 3x better. Download it, it's worth your time. I've found Media Library makes my Winamp startup time ~1minute; if I uninstall Media Library startup time jumps to ~5 seconds.
