I'm looking to host a personal website. Something to give to friends, low-bandiwdth, very few graphics. I'm looking for a small but reliable webhosting service. I'd like perl CGI permissions, and I'm biased towards Apache webserver on Linux.

If anyone's found a provider that fits this match, or just totally rocks for the price, post it here!
