I need the best quality webcam to stream - and even maybe record video of a construction site I'm overseeing.

The house that I'm in (office) is infront of the house that I'm overseeing build.
I want to add 1-4 webcams and stream it to the owners and contractors to have constant monitor of the job and security of the home.

Whats the best webcam for it - remember it might have to be outdoor placement
