i don't know about clips and track lengths, but www.gracenote.com is the biggest database i know of for albums and tracklistings.

Cdnow used to be the best music site for that kinda stuff, but since they sold out to Amazon they started sucking hardcore

Allmusic has been my choice for a couple years. No clips, but I don't really need that anyway. Track length for some, maybe most albums.
