best way to synchronise outlook

Hi. I have a desktop and a laptop. My desktop i use the most and have a calendar set up through Outlook.

I take my Laptop with me everyday to University and am just wandering what the best way is to keep my laptop updated with the calendar that I have on my Desktop computer.
