Trying to send a video to my friend but it's 150mb ... do I have resort sites like rapidshare or is there a way to do it via email?

Yousendit or rapidshare

You could split it with WinRAR or hj-split and then send multiple emails.
IM clients work well for this, also.

Depends on the type of email service you use but most free ones don't allow you to send that big a file.

ah, that might work ... although I'm not sure if they would know how to unrar it.

any suggestions which one is better, yousendit or rapidshare?

Crap, I think yousendit is limited to 100MB.
Unraring is easy, by the way, as long as WinRAR is installed with default options (easy enough), all you have to do is right click on any of the riles and select "extract here", and WinRAR does the rest.

I believe this is correct - unless you pay for an account then it's 2 gigs.

Check that.

Yep! Best option. If you have to, split it and send via yousendit... it's infinite faster than rapidshare/megaupload.

Burn it to CD and mail it to your friend.
Set up ftp or http server, and let friend download it from you.
Torrent.

print out the binary dump and mail it. Have your friend OCR it back in to paperport and just save as an EXE.
