Best way to route wires

Well, next year I'm moving off campus into an apartment with a buddy of mine. What is the best way to route 5.1 speakers. Front 3 plus sub won't be a problem... but the rears we have are floorstanding. I'm lost, and need some help.

If you can run along the floor right up against the walls, that helps keep things out of the way.
