Best way to network 3 computers and share a broadband (dynamic IP) connection

The appt complex I'm moving into has broadband service and i just want to know the best way to network my three computers (but possibly more) and share the broadband connection. Can I use a HUB to connect the computers to the broadband connection, or should I use a router? Can anyone explain the advantages/disadvantages to using a HUB vs a Router? I know that my broadband connection uses dynamic IP's but I'm not sure what route to take.

1.) Get a Netgear RT314 or Linksys DSL/Cable Router.
2.) Buy some CAT5 network cable, to supply a connection/cable from the router to
each computer you would like on the 'Net or networked. Probably, three cables
in your case.
3.) Install 10/100 NIC's in all three machines. Setup TCP/IP for DHCP.
4.) Plug in pray.

You can use two network cards in one PC and use software for the sharing purposes, (one goes to the modem, and one goes to the hub) or you can use a router (much easier.) If you go with the router I would use linksys as I have not seen any problems with them.

Bump for Netgear RT314. Very easy to setup and works very well.

biggest problem with those is that I would like to use more than 3 computers in my appt if I have others from school over with their laptops, so those 4 port routers wont cut it.

Some of these Routers are available with 8 ports version.

You can also add a plain switch to one of the Router's port and extend your Network to your liking.
