Best way to lock down a User in Win2000 Pro??

I need 1 user for Internet access only

and 1 for games

I want to restrict access to the C: and to control panel, internet options...etc...

I tried using Group Policy, but i locked myself out (administrator) it applied to all users. I just want to apply it to one user.

Put those accounts in groups that don't belong to the Administrators group, and then apply the appropriate policies to those specific groups.

Would I do this using Group Policy, or Policy Editor (poledit.exe)
