The best way to get over a hangover is a shot of alcohol.

A hangover is caused due to a lack of alcohol in your body (alcohol deficiency). Your body gets used to the alcohol, and if you drink a whole lot then suddenly stop, then you will usually get a hangover...

So the best way is to have (even a sip) of alcohol, and in 10 minutes or so you will feel like a million bucks. Its been medically proven... look online.

Yep, tomato is the best remedy in my opinion. Get some V8, Clamato, or even spaghetti with a good portion of tomato sauce.

At least I used the search function. Gotta love bumping threads that are three months old. :D

(off to the store to get some Pho, some electrolyte powder). Being a lightweight means it's easy to get buzzed, but unfortunately that it's also easy to feel sick the next morning. No headache, but I feel like I've got a mild case of the flu. :p

this is what i'm doing:

brush my teeth

long steamy shower

eat a few cold raw tomatoes <---- @ this stage now

a bowl of cannabis

turn on the telly to slow quiet channel

doze off on the couch

when I wake up, I iz ready :D

The usual night of drinking involves atleast 9-10 beers, 7- 8 mixed drinks, 4-5 shots of either Jaeger, tequilla, bourbon or the like ... or a game of asshole :D

Damn, if I ever drank that much, I'd be out for a week. I feel terrible right now (for me; I rarely drink), and I only had five-ish drinks last night (2 G&T, 1 Vodka Tonic, 2 Long Island Iced Teas), over the span of seven hours, and I still feel nasty.

:disgust:

It also depends on what you drink, or at least that is what I gather from my experience. I can drink half a fifth of 5 o'clock vodka (with pop chaser or make screwdrivers) and feel really good the next morning where as I drink 7 or 8 beers and have a bitch hangover. Plus vodka is cheap as hell.

Water, food, and advil.
Go easy on the advil and other pain relievers after drinking tho. You can seriously f*ck up your kidneys this way. You may cure your headache, but you'll be whizzing blood for a day or so.

Info at FDA.gov

Acetaminophen can cause liver injury through the production of a toxic metabolite. The body eliminates acetaminophen by changing it into substances (metabolites) that the body can easily eliminate in the stool or urine. Under certain circumstances, particularly when more acetaminophen is ingested than is recommended on the label, more of the harmful metabolite is produced than the body can easily eliminate. This harmful metabolite can seriously damage the liver.

Some individuals appear to be more susceptible to acetaminophen-induced liver toxicity than others. People who use alcohol regularly may be at increased risk for toxicity, particularly if they use more than the recommended dose. Further research needs to be conducted in alcohol users to determine what factors make some alcohol users more susceptible to liver injury than others.

Acetaminophin = Tylonol.

Ibuprohrin (Advil) is alright.

Edit: if you are really bad off, you should puke out the remaining alcohol in your stomache.

Find mexican restarant. Order large bowl of Menudo. Order one Corona. Instant cure, at least for me. I don't know how it works, but a lot of others that looked hung over had the same and walked out feeling normal.
