Walking is unfortunately my only option as i don't have a car here and the closest store is roughly 1/2 mile down the road...

letting them heal takes way too long. if you use a needle to let the fluid out, it will heal a lot faster. i used to run cross country and would encounter this problem a lot.
you could also by a product call 2nd Skin, which is sold at any pharmacy. it will help keep the blister from rubbing.
