Best way to find someone in the Air Force?

I have a friend I was in basic and tech with and hes stilli n(did 6 yrs) and I want to know what the easiest way to get ahold of him. I'm pretty sure hes at Holloman, but not sure if they have a base directory to call and if they did if they'd even give me a number to reach him at. Anyone have anyidea best way to do this?

after tech we went our seperate ways, and I called the number he had given me and was disconnected.
