2. Panic and use artificial stimulants of some sort to spend the 24 hours leading up to the exam reading every shred of material you have on the topic.
3. Take the exam so delirious you're lucky to know what day it is.
4. Go to bed so exhausted that you no longer care how you did and are merely glad it's over.

As has been stated 3 weeks is an inordinate amount of time to prepare for an exam, especially something like anatomy which has a finite and easily verifiable amount of information. Just verify on the syllabus which chapters were covered in class then read/take notes on those chapters
