I personally like to bread them and fry'em. They aren't dry when I do it.

Don't over cook them.
I season with Bushe Brown's Jerk Spice and Molassis.

On a charcoal grill, with some salt, pepper, and garlic. My dad cooks them this way all the time and they're never dry. You have to be sure to get chops that are thick and nicely marbled too. We get ours from an actual butcher, not the plastic wrapped ones in the supermarket.

marinade and fry in oil...that's how i usually have them. however, grilling/BBQ as mentioned by other people is excellent too.

Am I the only one that likes dry/semi-dry pork chops?

A little lemon peper and BBQ sauce. Tasty.

Slightly brown them in a frying pan. Then put them in a casserole pan, cover them with a can or two of Cream of Mushroom soup, a little water and top them with some french fried onions. Cover the pan and bake them in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. You'll never eat them any other way again. :)

Weird.

Just made the best pork chops evar last night.

Pound them thin if they are boneless (enough to tenderize them a bit)

Dip in egg, then in panko bread crumbs which I seasoned with salt, pepper, italian seasonings.

Fry them in a half inch of oil or so till they are done.

Juicy, crispy and flavorful

Worked for me.

if you have a day, then there's a way to make great pork chops: brine them.

put them in a bowl with about 1 ga of apple juice, 1 cup kosher salt, some OJ, some black pepper, whatever spices do it for you, and 1/2 cup sugar (you can cut this in half if you have fewer porkchops) and fill it with ice. let the pork chops sit for about two hours before you cook them

If you like 'em juicy broil them on the highest heat, marinating them with good seasons italian dressing if you like. Awesome.

I do them in the oven in a 9x13 with one part soy sauce, one part orange marmalade. Cook 45min-1hour at 350.
