Sunny Side up....but put the lid on the pot (with a little water) so the egg white over the yolk cooks. Put two or three eggs like that between two pieces of toast and its the best breakfast sandwich out there!

Normally sunny side up, but, when the egg is almost done, you tilt hte pan and use a spoon to scoop up the oil and pour it over the yolk a few times to cook it a little bit.

Sometimes ill do poached or make an omlett if I got time.

I only do over easy if I ****** up the egg while tyring to get it out of the pan.

over easy ftw.

scrambled is for losers who don't know how to cook eggs... or for people who accidentally mess up trying to make eggs over easy (guilty).

for some reason this thread reminds of that cheezy pickup line:

Him: Do you want to do breakfast tomorrow morning?
Her: Okay...
Him: Do you want your eggs scrambled or fertlized???

Ba da bing....

To answer the OP, either scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my, I mean the wife's mood....🙂

even though I hated the movie, the egg dish in V for Vendetta looked interesting...

My favorite way to cook eggs is: Place four eggs in bowl and mix until light i color and frothy, then add two cups of sugar, mix, add ((12tablespoons cocoa mixed with 2 sticks of butter melted in microwave)+ 1 cup flour) mix, add walnuts, mix, pour into baking pan, place in oven@325 for 20 minutes. Hmm, how many weight watchers points is that?

Unfortunately I am in the process of trying to lose weight, so lately I haven't been using the above recipe. I've recently discovered that if you scramble eggs in a glass bowl, you don't need to add oil to keep them from sticking to the bowl in the microwave. Thus microwaved scrambled eggs+chives+vegetarian fake bacon FTW. I can't use nonstick sprays or skillets because they create fumes that kill birds even at normal cooking temperatures.

I moved to japan for a semester and my roomate showed me how to make Eggs in a basket. Before this semester i never ate eggs..or even had breakfest...but that stuff is soo good. Add some cheese..and some ketchup...mmmm

have eggs scrambled then cook bacon and toast some bread slices. now make a sandwich with these and slices of cheddar cheese.

Omlette with peppers, red onion, american cheese, and some bacon.
What is "American cheese"?
regular cheddar?

edit. Looked it up...processed cheese singles...ew.
REAL American cheese is a mild cheddar. I don't know why they bothered to change the name, but despite the way companies mismarket the name American cheese and processed cheese aren't the same.

REAL Cheddar cheese is from Cheddar Gorge in the UK 😛
