when i grill my chicken boobs, i have some bricks that I wrap in aluminum foil. i put the wrapped bricks on top of the boobs, this prevents them from drying out and my chicken boobs are juicy, succulant and very tasty. 😀

but the real question is, would we still eat chicken boobs if they had nipples????

Bake in the oven at no more than 350 until done. Also put a little pat of butter on top prior to baking.

Chicken breast won't have too much thermal enertia. Better to push it a bit as undercooked chicken tastes like ass.
Its got just enough inertia. You don't want to pull it when it is really pink like a steak, but you don't want to wait until it is white all the way through either. Who knows the OP may have far, far passed the point where it turns white. You just don't know. It could be in the 200°F range when he pulls his chicken. If you pull it with just a little pink left, you'll cook it right every time.
