Um..I just put the eggs in a bowl, scramble well with a fork, add a bit of milk and salt, then cook in a pan.

That's not scrambled eggs.. That's beaten eggs.

To scramble eggs, I use medium heat, and I let a sheet form, then mix it up.

Well sorrrry. All we have ever called it is scrambled eggs. Either sunnyside up "fried" eggs or scrambled in a bowl. You can get the same basic effect as if you had just scrambled them in the pan. I dont whish till they are uniform in color.

Here is the correct way to make scrambled eggs:

1. Put the saucepan on low heat, put some butter and melt it until its slightly bubbling.
2. Beat eggs and some buttermilk until well mixed.
3. When the pan is slightly bubbling, add the egg mix.
4. With your spatula, just keep sliding the tip of the spatula in the mix until it starts to solidify.
5. Keep moving the spatula around until you have scrambled eggs.
6. Serve with salt, black pepper, or however you desire.

Enjoy!

You stir in your pans with a fork? I'd kill anyone who stirred something in one of my pans with a fork!

Only non-teflon coated pans. If it's coated I use a wooden spatula.
Very good...sorry, bad memories of roomates ruining a very nice set of teflon cookware. :|

Yup, I understand. :)

I only have 1 coated pan and it's pretty big. I wouldn't dirty it unless I was cooking for more than myself.

Salt AND pepper are the key to good tasting eggs, scrambled, fried or otherwise.
