Best way to clean dust from inside of computer?

i use a can of air and vacumn hose attachment to suck up the blown off dust..atleast most of it...

at home I just use the can of CO2 and if it really needs a cleaning I take it to a friends house and work the compressed air on it. 150 psi air gun will blow dust clean off your PC in no time.
