Best way to capture analog video on a Mac?

A friend of mine asked me about capping some vhs tapes on his G5, I wasn't sure what to tell him. Anyone have any recommendations or links? Everything I could find was external, some were usb some were firewire.

Dazzle Hollywood bridge works fine on OS X. If you can find it.
