Best Way to BIOS update without floppy?

I need to do a bios update on my mobo but I don't use a floppy drive. Its an albatron 865PE pro board...

I can't find any bootable cd images that will work... I don't think I can boot from usb flash drive either... this is under an XP system... what should i do?

Some MB manufacturer's offer a Windows flasher or you can flash off a FAT partition on a HDD.

Try here!! After you make the CD add the Bios files before you burn it.
