Best way to backup all your mail on XP

Is there like a one step backup that backs up all of your setting so you can transfer all your data including mail and addresses to another system?

I just got done doing all that manually. Very Very interesting tool... may have to try it next time.

I just copy the .dbx files to CD-RW, then after formatting the HDD, just import them in. Works like a charm for me.

i think you should need to save your mdx files, or maybe that's eudora. not sure.
