your not even going to find a decent AIO for that price range.

i second the advice of just going air heat sink.

even then you probably cant even get a noctua for that price so top end air heat sinks may be even out of your budget.

I haven't checked performance numbers in a while, but the Thermalright True Spirit Direct 140 is $55 ($40 on sale at Newegg), Noctua NH-U14S is $65, beQuiet Dark Rock 3 is $75.

If you need something a bit smaller than a Noctua D15, the Scythe Mugen 5 or new version Fuma coolers are roughly $45-47 shipped on Amazon and perform well.

What do you all think about the RajinTek Leto? I saw it mentioned on a YouTube video for overclocking the Ryzen 3 1200 CPU to 4.1Ghz. It seemed to handle that fine. Has an LED fan; comes in several different colors, seems decently-priced.

Edit: I realize the above line sounds a little spammy, but I'm honestly curious if anyone has used one. I thought about getting one, for my Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.80Ghz / 1.350V vcore, in a Rosewill FBM-X1 micro-ATX case.
