BEST VIDEOCARD?? WHY??

This is something that a lot of people want to know, for example in my case that im building a pc right now and i want the best of the best. Which videocard do you recommend and if you have a internet page with information would be good.

* 6800 ULTRA EXTREME?(EVGA)
*6800 ULTRA OC?(BFG)
*ATI X800XT PE?
*OTHER?

With 6800GTs overclocking to Ultra levels and beyond, I don't think there's a better buy than the 6800GT. It's futureproof (if there is such a thing ) and fast as all hell.

IF you have bleeding fast cpu then go with the geforce, personally I stick to ATI just because I've had excellent luck with them. remember a bad @ss video card is useless without a great monitor attached to it.

If you do not care about money, Just buy the 6800 Ultra Extreme.. if you care at all about $, buy the 6800GT which is within something small like 5% of the speed of the UE when overclocked.

I'd get the GT hands down, but that's just me. It's not like the GT still is not fast enough to run whatever you throw at it.

Unless you play Doom 3 the XTPE is probably the best of the best right now. If price is a psuedo concern the 6800 GT would be the best choice.
