Best Video/Music/Slideshow Software

For the money and best features, what do you folks think the best software for burning slideshows and the abilty to add soundtracks is? So many online and on the store shelfs was just wondering what people use and like.

As far as bang for the buck goes...

I don't think that you can beat Windows Movie Maker 2 for Free.

Nero suite has it all and if you watch for a sale you can get it cheap, I got it at Fry's for $15 after rebate.

I just tried it.

Is there a software that can create the shows but you can move picture to picture one by one, where the user is in control and you can zoom in and out?

Can Nero do that?
