Adobe Premeire Pro get my vote but I know it is NOT very easy learning to use the functions.
 
Adobe is to complicated for no reason.. Go with Power Director (Cyberlink) or Movie Factory (Ulead).. I personally like PD better but MF is a bit easier to navigate and learn on the fly..
