Best Video card with no Fan

I have nothing against fans man, lol.
Just curious really, I wanted to see if its possible to build a decent gaming machine without a fan.

the le is a great card with no fans, should fit the bill for you perfictly. but how may i ask do you plan to cool the processor and keep heat from building up in the case with absolutely no fans?
 
yeah i guess i need to ventilate the thing with something.
I think it interesting when engineering a video card, where do the technicians draw the line, and say
we need a fan on this thing. ATI runs pretty cool though it think
