Best Video Card for ~125??? I am so confused!!!!

I want to buy a new VC but I can't seem to find any good comparison charts or anything.. So what do you all recommend?
 
You can get a new one for 10 dollars more on newegg. I think it is worth the extra $10 for a retail boxed one. Mine should be here by tuesday so hopefully all goes well 🙂
