Best video card < $100

I'm looking to get a video card for my work computer, and my boss has ok'd me to purchase something between $50-$100. I've searched online, and there seems to be quite a few to choose from. Here are the cards I'm looking at:

ATI 9200

PNY GF card

Any others I should be looking at?

What kind of work will it be used for? For 2D Office, spreadsheet, text or graphics work I would go with an ATI or Matrox.

Only 15 day return policy at newegg for refurbs. Down side is that you have no coverage if the card dies after the 15 days, they you just flushed $87 down the toilet. That happened to me with a GF4ti-4200 - $90 kerflush. Warranty is a good thing

I also would say Geforce 4 Ti4200. A good one is available here, if you hurry. They only have 7 left as I type this. I have bought 2 of these over the past 6 months and they have worked great. Promotional codes are available for a 10% discount, as well. Take a look at T*chbargains.com. for more information. For $90 plus shipping, it is still a very good card for all existing games. For HL2, Doom 3 you may want something more, but for current games the Ti-4200 handles most of them very well.

No offense, but I would avoid that particular card. From sapphire's website on the 9600 SE:
"64-bit memory interface removes hardware performance bottleneck and vides end users with faster 3D graphics"
I don't think a 64 bit 9600 non pro can compete with any decent 128 bit memory card. (i.e. the Ti4200). Not even sure a standard 9600 non pro with 128 bit memory interface will outperform the Nvidia card. Of course the 9600 Pro is a different story, but then it is a different price, too. Be careful of the SE 64 bit cards offered by ATI vendors.
