Just want to see what options are out there and what the masses think is the best card for the specified price range. Was leaning towards purchasing from New Egg. DVI is a plus. I would appreciate any recommendations.

go on ebay and look for a 9600pro/xt for 50$, i think that at that price range thats really the best you can do.

Some more recommendations:

For a non-3d game player, dvi, agp:

3d game player, dvi, agp:

Be sure to check benchmarks at places like this to be sure you're getting a fast card if you care about 3d gaming:

And as always, check the forsale forums for a used deal and you may save a bit.

One last thing - beware of any radeons that have SE on the end of them - they're typically much slower than thier non-se counterparts.

Indeed , SE's are not great i have a 9600SE and its preformance is lower than a 9200.
SE's tend to be 64bit and overclocking is not worth it no preformance change just heat is up
