what is the best case for about or under $60 that comes with sufficients fans and a good PS. if there is no such case then what is the cheapest case available with those things. i dont mind if i have to buy a seperate fan or two but i would really like a case with a GOOD PS since i dont want to do more research on that. This is the first time building a computer and i hope to get the following stats.

A64 3200+ 939
CHAINTECH VNF4/Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
GeForce 6600GT PCI-EX16
1GB 400 (PC 3200)
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 6Y120M0 120GB 7200 RPM
SONY Black Cache IDE Combo Drive

thanks for any help

I second that. The problem is finding one under $60.

Shipping for a case is min $10, and can be as high as $18. This puts a price limit on the case of $40-$50, and it is hard to find a good case at that price.

Chiefvalue had a good deal for a while. Link.

The Athenatech A600 series aren't too bad for that money. Newegg carries some of the A600 models.

Or you could get that aluminum server case that Dealsonic.com is blowing out for about $30. and gett a decent PSU for it. Still comes out pretty good money-wise.

The antec 1650 is $60 shipped, from chiefvalue, and the s-series inwins are $62 from ewiz... per pricewatch. Both are good boxes, with good 300w power supplies. I favor the s508, beige, and the s523, simply because theyre stout, breathe well, and have fortron manufactured psu's...

There is no truth in advertising wrt power supplies, so beware of cheapo boxes w/ power supply ratings to good to be true...

Maybe the psu's are a little light, considering the 6600 vidcard- there's this upgraded inwin, for $92-
