Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas: It's got races in it. You can survive having your vehicle blown up or driving it off Mt. Chiliad. Doesn't get much more unrealistic than that.

Pure nostalgia:

S.T.U.N. Runner, Atari Games, 1989.

In the late 80's, Atari released games like Hard Drivin' and S.T.U.N. Runner, racing games made up entirely of polygons. S.T.U.N. Runner was designed by the same team that created the Star Wars arcade game (which used vectors in order to simulate a 3D effect) and wowed players with its graphics.

I loved that stupid game. And one called Block Out (basicly 3D head to head Tetris) that I thought they also did. Probably look awful now, but I was addicted to the gameplay of both.
