Best unlocked voltage 7950

I'm looking to upgrade a 7770 in one of my extra systems and I'm going to buy a 7950 and OC the crap out of it. I'm looking at the Sapphire Vapor-X on newegg :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814202003 and I was wondering if this is the way to go.

Sapphire seem to have begun voltage locking the Vapor-Xs as of recently.

I think Gigabyte's Windforce model is locked, as are XFX's (the single-DVI DD 7950 is unlocked). I haven't seen an MSI (TF3) or an Asus come locked yet, but I may be wrong. Dunno about HIS or Powercolor, but my Powercolor 6950 was unlocked and I got it pretty late into the 6000-series generation.

I just bought the MSI 7950 TF3 Boost Edition and it has unlocked voltage.

The Sapphire Dual-X version is unlocked as of a couple months ago.
