Best unlimited premium data tablet plan?

We already have AT&T but ultimately it does not matter which provider as long as they offered a unlimited premium data tablet plan.

My Mom recently had a stroke and I want her to be able to get at least some of her Emby content if possible. She doesn’t have to actually play it herself I will be there.

Of course this not the only thing. She will be in rehab too for stroke patients!


I tried their free Wi-Fi it sucks. Even if it didn’t doesn’t really matter.
 
I'm inclined to think it might be cheaper to upgrade to an unlimited plan versus getting another entirely separate plan, but I could be wrong.

If price isn't a concern and you like AT&T , as nakedfrog suggested I think swapping to a family unlimited plan or whatever the heck they call it and adding a tablet data-only line to it (which I'm pretty sure is an option) is a great idea.
