best undelete/file recovery software?

Just for the fun of it I want to check and see if I can recover some files I deleted a few weeks ago. What is the best software to do this? I tried searching around but didn't see any familiar companies with products for doing this although I thought Norton used to have something. I was gonna try to recover a shredded file to to make sure it is really shredded.
 
When my HD crashed a few years ago I was desperate and tried a bunch, but RStudio was the only one that was able to get everything I wanted. It's great.
