Best TV Card?

I managed a computer lab with 150+ computers, we also have a kick butt projector that projects to a screen that's about 2 stories tall.

Right now we're using a computer with a cheapo tuner card and a Radeon 7000 (?) card to connect to the projector.

I'm not satisfied with the quality at all, in fact it really bothers me.

This is the project we have : Sanyo PLC-XF20NL

What would be the best combination to do? Tuner card, video card(presentations)

You might be able to get better quality on your current card, check out DScaler. It really makes a big difference if your tuner is compatible and your CPU is powerful enough to handle it.

My vote for the best TV card goes with the Matrox G450 eTV.
Best TV picture quality, IMO, bar none.
