Using a Dell U3014 in the middle (in landscape)

With Dell 2007FP's on either side of it (in portrait).

Anyone use these, or have other suggestions?

Instead of individual stands (like the image below), I need a triple stand, as my desk will not be wide enough to accommodate the side monitor stands.

What I am going for will look something like this:

But that stand only supports small monitors (up to 24"). The original poster indicated that he's using a 30" monitor in the center.

This do have this one as well:
http://www.amazon.com/Ergotech-Trip...office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1427556737&sr=1-2

Now, it is designed for 3x27" monitors. I suspect it should be no issue having a 30" center monitor with two much smaller side monitors, especially in portrait.

I have the model earlier listed, which is the same as the one I linked minus the telescopic arms. Which, incidentally, you can actually order separately and turn the first one into the second one.

I love mine for my 3x23". I'd like larger monitors next time I buy new monitors, a long time from now I suspect, so I might have to invest in those telescopic arms.

I do like this, a lot. I finally got around to getting one after years of going with the three stock stands on my monitors. Great decision.

I made the decision to buy Ergotech after seeing a lot of iffy reviews on other models, where they have more sag on the side monitors or other issues. These ergotech models are exceptionally sturdy. I definitely recommend putting one together with two people, it might make it easier to get everything in line properly without any weight shifting. I struggled alone but ultimately got it together (if you go 3 wide without having the monitors angled, it should be easier).

I definitely recommend the Ergotech, but I'm trying to look to see if any for sure support 3x30" monitors. Again, I suspect the middle can be 30" if the sides are smaller, but I can't make that guarantee.

I do strongly suggest you reach out to Ergotech support, they might be able to provide a solid answer.

it would fit because he's using portrait on the outside screens

It does, just not for gaming. Good thing for me that I am only using it for non-gaming applications!! :)

Yeah 4960x1600p is the boss. Tonga got support for mixed rotation eyefinity so I'm hoping 3xx series will also get it. Gonna be my only reason why i'm waiting for those chips to land.

I did that exact setup (20/30/20) albeit with a 3007 in the middle. I used this stand:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E9VF1U/

It doesn't seem to be available any more but you might find my experience useful as a data point. I did a ton of research before buying that one, none of the size guidelines give you a good idea on how it's going to fit for that kind of setup (given the parabolic shape). The short version is that what I had BARELY fit. The outer two displays were at the absolute limit of the arm. They were fully on the arm, but had less than a mm of extra space on each side.

That is a great setup, don't part with it easily. I sold it in 2012 when I moved and went to a triple 27 portrait, I didn't like that nearly as well. Now I'm on a single 49" 4k and that would have been a worthwhile upgrade from the 20/30/20.

Don't get an el cheapo one. I got a cheap one off amazon and the side monitors sag unevenly, and I cant put my middle monitor in the 3 monitor arm because for whatever reason the middle bracket is noticeably higher than either side bracket.
