So- what're some of the best ways to remove stains from clothes? Ink stains, oil stains, food stains, etc . . .

My roommate suggested using hydrogen peroxide- which did a pretty amazing job- but I'm afraid of using it on anything but cotton.

Deodorant stains from darker clothing? Oxyclean works very well on whites, but it doesn't seem to do as good a job on a number of my black shirts.

Hydrogen Peroxide is amazing... it got a bunch of blood stains off my clothes, all real light colored stuff too.

I have this stuff my exGF bought for me and it works great on any stain I've thrown at it.

I can't remember what its called, but it is environmentally friendly as well.

I will get the name monday.

PS: it even took out a blood stain after it had been washed and dried.
