Best Time To Order From Newegg?

Hey all, I live on the east coast, Near Washington DC. When's the best time to order from Newegg, and get my package quickest? Thanks! (Btw, I only ask this because it seems like it always takes them 5 days to deliver my stuff 🙁)

I'm in NJ and it takes them 3 days usually. The warehouse is in edison, the area is like 30mins from my house. But no, they have to ship everything to Newark first, then itll sit there for a day, then they'll ship it back down to my area. NOT COOL! plus i get charged tax, which is why i try to avoid newegg unless there is a really good deal (such as those radeon 9800pro 256mb the other day).

OP: there is no best time, you are getting what you pay for. which is usually the free fedex express saver that is 3-5 days. if u get it within 5 days u can't really complain. i've shipped stuff usps priority mail from NJ to Hawaii in 3 days, that's what i call fast!

that's weird because I'm in Virginia and I usually get my stuff by Tuesday morning when I order stuff during the weekend. Maybe the stuff you order comes from CA? lol.. i don't know how else it could be that slow for you.

That's what they say, but mine came yesterday, with the same ship and deliver date as yours... I'd prefer it if they can do this:

Ship date: N/A
Pickup date: Today.

I guess I'll be buying from MWave from now on.

whenever i order on a weekday before about 2pm, my order gets to me within 4 days. say i order monday 1pm, i'll have it by thursday. I find if i order after 2-3pm, it'll get to me Friday.
thats just my experience though

I don't see how this is Newegg's fault. Your item is picked up by Fedex on the 8th and it doesn't get to you till the 13th. How is this Newegg's fault? Newegg doesn't have any control over Fedex's operations. When did you order your item?
