For the cheaper none overclocking friendly go with the MSI K7T Pro ( still a very good and stable board)

And a step down below that is the az11... no comment on it.
 
i've got a ga 7zm. Its microatx though but its supposed to be really stable for bus speed o/c. The ga 7zx-1 you might want to look into its only like $110 too. good if you aren't gonna overclock. Now that the multipliers are going to be locked. the gigabyte and msi boards become much better since the only advantage the a7v and kt7 had will be killed
