I've done google searches and stuff, but everything that comes up seem like crap low level type programs. I'm looking for the Adobe Photoshop of Text-To-Speech programs, and I can only seem to find the MS Paint versions.

Any suggestions?

You've already tried Microsoft's text to speech? What have you tried?

I'd be curious to see or hear if there's anything good out there. Last time I looked it all seemed rather poor, and hardly a step up from what was available more than a decade ago.
