best text to speech software

well I've gone crazy enough to want my computer to actually SPEAK webpages (reading a bunch of online stuff is really wearing me out.) Im using this Ultimate HAL program but its kinda limited. was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what software I should use that would turn selected copied text to voice. (for web pages and PDF files)
